Prof. Manoussi is a distinguished global economist whose work spans academia, advisory roles, and international collaborations. With a strong academic foundation, including a Postdoctral degree in Economics from the University of Waterloo, Manoussi has taught thousands of students and developed international programs at the University of Ottawa and Carleton University. He founded the Canada Institute of Higher Education to advance economic and management education.
